The Franklin Armory modern sporting rifle in .17 WSM features a 16-inch barrel with a 1:9″ rate of twist and 1/2″-28 thread pitch, delivering a compact overall length of 34 inches while maintaining an 8-pound weight. This semi-automatic rifle comes equipped with a 20-round detachable magazine, a custom-tuned trigger, a low-profile gas block, and a 15-inch integrated handguard with barrier stop for enhanced control and accuracy. The rifle utilizes a FAI lower receiver and is fitted with a B5 stock and B5 grip, both finished in black synthetic material for durability and weather resistance. The manual thumb safety provides reliable operation and control for the shooter. No iron sights are included, allowing for optic mounting flexibility on the upper receiver.
